- Additional Food Cost : Breakfast - Rs. 20 / Lunch - Rs. 40 & Dinner - Rs. 40 (Ref Food menu for more details)
Food will be charged monthly based on the consumption (Packed Lunch will be provided on weekdays / will be ready by 08:00 am)
- Additional Charge : EB charge for Ac, Geyser, Fan & Lights will be charged extra based on usage (Rs. 12 per unit)
- Additional Charge : Cable TV cost will be charged additonal based on requirement.
- Initial Advance Payment :
- Rs. 4000/- for 2,3,4 AC and Non-AC Sharing rooms
- Rs. 4000/- for Sigle Non-AC room & 6000 for Single AC room.
- Current month rent needs to be paid allong with advance payment.
Guest to Follow :
- Rent should be paid before 3rd of every month.
- Minimun 15 Days notice to be fiven before vacating. Checking date is 30th of Everymonth. You will be charged full month rent even if you vacate the hostel in the middle of the month.
- Food bill needs to be paid online in App through payment gateway (wallet). You can recharge with Rs. 500, 1000 & 2000 based on your requirement. Balance available in wallet will be refunded when you vacate the hostel.
